Seller Description

This is a really great 2013 Road King with less than 22,000 miles. It is probably one of the nicest Road Kings you will ever come across. From the day it was purchased (brand new, one-owner) it has always been in the garage and meticulously maintained. It has always been kept polished up, and the oil has been changed every 3,000 miles. It still looks new, despite being 7 years old. It has the windshield and hard saddle bags.
This has a Stage One download. At one point Harley ended up deciding to replace the oil pump, lifters, and cams under warranty. Lots of chrome and small extras. Medium-loud Big Louie pipes, and 2" shorter rear shocks to give it a better stance and to lower the center of gravity. The rear shocks still connect to the stock hydraulic adjustments, so it still has the air-pressure adjustments (many replacement shocks don't). The back rest and luggage rack are both perfect, and have really nice quick-disconnect fittings (it takes about 10 seconds each to remove and add them, I prefer not to have them on if riding alone). The tires are still in good shape with pleny of tread (pictures attached). It has cruise control, and as you can see all of the handelbar controls look like new. The clutch cable was replaced last week.
If you want to see all of the pictures (eBay limited me to 24) go here: http://www.upanther.com/Brian/.
The one and only problem on the entire bike that keeps it from being 100% perfect is the fact that it has a small split in the seat, I took a close-up picture of it for you to see. Otherwise the bike is immaculate, both in looks and mechanics.
The Kelly Blue Book value for this bike is $10,690 with this mileage. The reserve is less than that.
Please don't send an e-mail asking for the reserve. There isn't any actual reason to know, and it wastes both our time. It literally won't help you to know in the slightest, and is about 10,000 times faster to just place a bid for the max you would want to pay. You don't actually pay that amount, eBay places the bid very low for you and automatically raises it any time someone bids. It saves you a ton of time, and lets you know in milliseconds whether or not the reserve is higher than you want to pay. I won't respond to requests for the reserve unless you can come up with a compelling reason that you need it.
I have a 100% positive rating, plus when you buy a vehicle through eBay they provide 100% coverage in case something happens. You can completely be comfortable buying from me. That said, if you are a first-time buyer, a big-ticket item usually isn't the best place to start. 100% of the time I've had a problem on eBay (both buying and selling), it has been with someone knew who didn't understand the process. If you have no rating, contact me before you place a bid. If you don't, I will automatically remove the bid. I'm only looking for serious bidders, not someone who wants to kick the tires and ask about financing. I'm not a car lot or professional, I'm just a guy selling a personal bike.
In this case I'm selling the bike for a personal friend (whom I've known since long before he purchased this bike). He was in a bit of a construction accident and has decided he won't be able to ride again (he also can't work right now). If you come out to look at the bike, he will show it to you. But he can only be on his feet briefly.
I've tried to take as many pictures and details as possible. If you have any questions whatsoever, need a picture of something specific, or would like to see the bike in person, just let me know. It is for sale locally as well, and if it sells before the end of the auction I will obviously remove it from eBay.
If you need the bike delivered I can be available when someone comes to pick it up, but you are responsible for arraging and paying for the shipping. I can personally deliver the bike for free within 50 miles of Daytona Beach, and $2/mile for anything above 50 miles. The owner obviously can't ride it to you, but I'm trying to help him out.
There's a $500 deposit due in the first 24 hours, the rest has to be paid within 3 days (whether or not you are picking it up by then). If you pay with a check (yes, even a cashier check, which can be faked) then you will need to wait 2 weeks until the check has cleared before picking up the bike. Cash (or a direct bank transfer) is obviously best.

If you want to pay for it all on a credit card by PayPal, you must agree to pay the credit card fees.On Aug-22-20 at 16:45:54 PDT, seller added the following information:The VIN is 1HD1FBM10DB[hidden information], eBay wouldn't let me add it after the listing started for some reason.
