Car had a factory warranty for 7 years or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first), car's warranty ran out February 18th, 2019.

Under the factory warranty the seal on the transfer case was replaced about a year ago obviously with the new oil in it.
Under the factory warranty the serpentine belt tensioner was replaced beginning of 2019.
The car comes with relatively new set of all season tires as well as relatively new set of winter bridge stone blizzak tires. I usually swapped them before winter and after winter at Ray Suzuki of Fox Lake, IL.
The car does not have any paintwork, no hail damage, no scratches, no nonsense what so over.
There is a brand new set of spark plugs NGK iridium.

My wife was using the vehicle to drive to University of Illinois at Chicago, about 120 miles a day round trip thus the highway miles for the last 4 years.
She graduated and got a job as a software engineer at AON center in downtown of Chicago, keeping the car in downtown makes no financial sense, getting to AON center for work at 9a.m. driving from fox lake in Chicago traffic is simply not possible, thus we are selling the car.
