Stewart Gardner purchased the Norton Trademark rights in the late 2000's with the plan to return Norton back to production using the designoriginated by Kenny Dreer.Ordered in 2010 and delivered in 2014. It told 4 years to design, build and gaincertification from the US EPA and California Air Resources Board.
