1972 Holden LJ SL Torana LJ82569A.
This is a very original unmolested LJ SL 4 door Torana with log books and a known history.
It has virtually no rust and no damage.
From the ID plates it appears to be number 11 from the Sydney Plant (but open to correction by the experts).
The car has an interesting history including being retained by Holden for the first three years where they added the wider wheels and possibly other options.

The current owner has owned the vehicle for 15 years and the previous owner bought it from Holden.
The current owner tells me it was fitted with a 173 high compression motor from new which is still in place. All three ID tags are in place and have never been removed or tampered with. The interior is in great condition and the vehicle starts runs and drives with no issues. The original radio still works.
The vehicle has loads of character as it currently sits with the wide steel wheels and original chrome Holden hubcaps and genuine patina.
If the reserve is not reached the owner will negotiate with the highest bidder.
The purchaser will have first option to buy a set of QLD personalised black and white number plates 285 OLJ (2850 LJ).
