Used Alfa Romeo 147 GTA complete 6 speed manual 185kw q2 diff low kms seized motor

Hi all, here i have my car i have owned this for under a year (bought from family friend) i have spent a lot of money on the following from 4- 10 months ago:- shocks/ struts / suspension (lowered rear more than front)- all oils/ filter- timing belt- new radiator- rewired engine bay- intake engine rubbers- brake pads (front/back cant remember sorry)
This car has been in the family since it was only a few years old i know that it has had a full respray in 2[hidden information] (no fading whatsover) roughly 2[hidden information] a Q2 diff was installed for a lot of coin also!The car also has very low kms [hidden information]kms 2004 model with the big brakes 330mm brembos! Also has the upgraded sound system (bose with sub in boot along with blaupunkt cd changer from factory) 60k+ car new.
If you are reading this you know its an alfa romeo 147 GTA with a 3.2 v6 BUSSO motor (one of the nicest cars i have owned) it went like stink basically lineball with a 2016 STI to 150kms no bull!
Now the bad!When driving to work mid february whilst still not warmed up the engine cut out slowly then stopped suddenly (i ALWAYS warmed the motor up before pushing it) I have been told the motor has seized unsure how/why this occured.

If i had the time /money and space i would definitely keep this car and get it back on the road. THESE CARS WILL BE WORTH A S/LOAD SOON! When do you see a 3.2 v6 185kw in a small hatch anymore?
The car is within the 3 month pink slip window (i believe up to May 28?)
Honest car/ Honest seller (look at feedback) it is complete needs a rebuild or new motor but you will be getting a great car no BS!
Any questions / more photos do not hesitate, the car is located at my mates place in Lidcombe and will be difficult to tee up a time for viewing but it is possible with notice although please if you bid you are bidding to buy!

Comes with log books, and 2 sets of keys! Does not have a battery will not be sold with a battery i will bring a battery to show that everything else works etc. Also to be completely honest the passenger window up/down switch does not work and the sunroof has moved off one side rail but still works!
This would be a perfect project car as it is a little rough around the edges (and seized motor) but i will guarantee this will be going up in value, or part it out, the headlights / brakes / wheels / diff / ecu/ bodykit are worth coin!
