Up for sale is my 1978 Datsun 280C Cedric. this is now a very rare car andcertainly gets a lot of attention. built by Nissan as the rival to the Toyota Crown. this car came very highly equipped for the time. this one started life as an auto but it's been converted to manual. comes with Power steering.

Electric windows. radio. tinted glass etc. plus i've fitted a few upgrades. such as 5 speed manual gearbox and an alarm with central locking on the front doors. this car is in very good shape and has held up very well as it's been looked after over the years. it did have some restoration work done a few years ago. which included full outer sills and replacing the door bottoms. all done to a very high standard. last year the car had a full bare metal respray at a local Jaguar XK specialists paintshop. a lot of new parts have been fitted recently and as much as possible has been genuine Nissan parts. such as new front dampers. wheel cylinder. replacement chrome parts etc. also plenty of service parts recently replaced including NGK spark plugs and a carb rebuild kit. interior could do with a little attention. the drivers seat is showing signs of use. also the passenger side carpet was missing when i got the car. i have put a mat in there for now. and tape player is not working. all in all. the interior wouldbenefit from a good tidy up. the car drives very well and i'd trust it to drive me anywhere. i've put 6 thousand miles on it in the last year and i'm sure it will go on for a long while yet. it's fairly stock. apart from the wheels and a bit of lowering. it was sat a lot lower as some of the pictures show but i raised it up a little and the first picture shows how it currently looks. has the chrome steel wheels as seen in the first picture. wouldn't be to hard to lower it back down if that's what the new owner wanted to do. advertised elsewhere. any questions. please ask. selling to help fund the restoration of my other datsuns. collection within 7 days of auction end.
