Description

Own a piece of Aussie Ford history.  I am continuing with the sale of my collection for genuine reasons. This vehicle does need some cosmetic work due to living on the coast for the last few years namely, LHR wheel arch (see photo), top of rear window needs minor corrosion corrected and bonnet needs a rub down/respray due pitting.  This vehicle has only travelled about 50kms since a professional  top overhaul was completed costing over $1,000. Common issue in the early EA EBs was for the head gasket to fail. See original speedo photo - vehicle travelled very low kms. Sold unregistered but I would not hesitate to get a permit and drive it to Sydney etc. This is a centre point injected vehicle. I do have a brand new injector to be sold with the vehicle.  I have the original dealers invoice and contract, plus original books and service history going back years. Factory fitted with A/C which is cold and has original radio cassette and cig lighter unused. Vehicle is old enough now to be registered in any state on club rego. Trim and hood liner are good and clean, no rips or tears as expected from a low mileage car. Yes the trip metre works.    Door seals etc are all good. Engine Bay is clean.  Tyres have ample tread. Spare is good with original jack etc. No cracks in the tail lights or head lights. Head light protectors fitted.  A very good example worthy of preserving and enjoying the drive with no noticeable rattles when on the road. My spouse found it very comfortable. If a purchaser contracts to buy then I require contact within 24 hours and payment within 5 working days.  Cash payment on pickup is OK subject to payment of a 10% deposit paid by EFT to my nominated account -non refundable. I do prefer payment by EFT due paypal costs, but if paypal I will not release the vehicle until monies have been received in my Bank account. Also check out my Ebay score to realise I am very straight up and down. One other thing is that I do have it's Ford build sheet and a road worthy was completed 2/2018. I had 24 E series and regrettably I have only this and 3 others left in the collection to sell , namely a very rare EA Ghia Factory manual in Monza Red with a body kit, a now scarce EB 2 V8 Ghia Wagon one of only 10 I understand with the options and a 1990 NA Fairlane that has been LTD enhanced and is fitted with a very rare Brick Phone which switches on. Very close offers with be considered otherwise do not bother. You know, no tyre kickers ,low ballers etc. Ebay recommended price BIN  is $4516 and starting price auction style is $2,000 to give you an idea so I am well under that
