After
much thought I’ve decided to list my 1963 Ford Fairlane 500 two door hardtop I purchased 3 summers ago & have not had any time to work on it. This car was daily driven until the previous owner suddenly passed away 2016. A
year after his passing I bought it and drove it home.

This car has 66124 original miles. This
Fairlane is powered by a strong running 302 V8 which does not smoke or knock. The engine is topped with an Edelbrock 4bbl carburetor, Ford
Aluminum intake and vintage finned valve covers. This 302 has
stock cast iron exhaust manifolds fitted to dual exhaust with cut outs. The C4 Automatic has been rebuilt with a
shift kit installed and is shifted with a floor shift. The transmission shifts well with nice positive shifts. This is a car that runs,
drives, steers and stops well. The body & paint are original.
The white paint is aged and faded but could easily be redone or left as is
depending on the look your after. Overall, The body panels appear flat
and uniform and the body mouldings and trim are very nice. The floors
are original. The frame stubs are solid as are the door bottoms. The doors hood and trunk open easily and latch securely. The original hood has had a thunderbolt
style hood scoop & pins added. All windows are clean and clear free of cracks chips or defects. All windows roll up and down smoothly. The original interior is in fair
shape. The original font bench seat is comfortable but needs the
driver side recovered. The rear seat is excellent as are the rear door panels. The original
headliner is good original not perfect condition. The car could use new
carpet. Car rides on fourteen inch steel rims dressed in original
derby caps. Tires look very good. This is an excellent daily driver
you can enjoy driving right now and improve as you go. This Fairlane
