1975 HJHOLDEN SANDMAN PANEL VAN - Authenticated by HOLDEN VEHICLE PRODUCTION REPORT (photo attached).This classic iconic panel van came from Northern NSW where it was sold and lived most of its life.I am the 4th owner since 2010andacquired an already partly started restoration....(plenty of parts and plenty of work required)…… getting it completed and back on the road in 2015/16. Currently on historic rego and always kept in dry storage under double covers.Unfortunately, it did not have the original factory engine (253 V8 -it came withthe current308 v8) or the original chassisas a result of its earlier owners...….so please be wareit is not an "All matching numbers Sandman" andis priced accordingly.... well under the Shannon's Insurance valuation.PAINT: Bare Metal respray - Colour GTS INDI ORANGE (Plated Asbinth Yellow) Paint is still very good withvery few minor blemishes.All new Pedders Sports Suspension fitted and lowered 2inch front and rear.Restored GTS RIMS with "FATS" on the rear cruising on Bridgestone Eager rubber.Original GTS Guards (have some photos of these pre paint - straight as!!)Yellow Needle GTS dash & gaugesGazelle (TAN) Interior (small repair to drivers seat - photo attached)Freshened up 308 v8 5ltr Power with a deep throaty note - driven by smooth 4 speed manual gear box with power steering makes this a treat to drive up/down the hwy and around town.Authentic 80s "VOXSON ROXON" NOS cassette player installed with separate Equaliser mounted under dash (refer photo) into 6x9inch speakers in the rear.Many new or replacement parts, new radiator, hoses, bushes, rubber seals etc. New Door Trims. Full head lining. I tried to keep it as original as possible...but some things were missing or just had to be replaced.Sound and fire proofed insulation throughout the floor and firewall before retrim.Sports headers into twin exhaust set to behind the rear wheels (just like the old days).An absolute beast to drive and always turns heads where ever it goes....

I have it advertised elsewhere...so sorry if it gets removed from the auction....but if I get the right offer... I will have to let it go to a new home cause I need the funds!
