Used Honda 1996 CB 250 Two Fifty Night Hawk Nighthawk LAMS learner bobber/cafe racer

Honda CB 250 1996,
Selling on behalf of my brother.
He bought this off a friend about five years ago when he got his learners. He never had any problems with it and would have been lucky to have ridden it 1000klm.
He told me it needs to warm up for a few minutes before riding.
It has been dry stored since he had it, but it has corrosion on the alloy parts and some surface rust on the chrome parts from past owners. It was a very reliable bike for him and the last owner, but cosmetically it is not a show bike. It should make somebody an honest and reliable first learner bike or mod into a bobber or cafe racer.
Unregistered and can't be test ridden, please don't ask. I will post some videos of it running shortly.
Seat is starting to age with a small tear/crack (see pictures). The tank has a paint bubble (see pictures)

This should not need much for R.W.C as he barely used it since he bought it with a full R.W.C five years ago.
