Reluctant sale of my CB750 F Spencer rep. The bike has been built from an original 1979 Japanese CB750F, My aim was to build a bike for every day use as featured in Practical Sportbikes magazine April 2020. Since the magazine feature a few things have changed such as a bespoke thin wall custom race exhaust system by Co-Built in Oxford along with a set of Mikuni RS 34 carbs ( these two items alone cost over £4000).The bike has been rolling road tuned/set up, runs and pulls extremely smooth and strong.The bike has been built using either Honda Honda parts or bespoke parts for ease of maintenance etc.I have hundreds of photos of the build and I’m sure there will be questions which I’m happy to answer as there’s not enough space on this listing.Listed below are the main specs and bullet points that I can think of but I’m sure I’ll have missed stuff.
Original bike was a very low mileage (13000 miles/21000km) bike but had to have an engine strip and four new pistons & rings /rebore due to a fuel leak and continued starting by the previous owner.Head cleaned, checked , valves removed checked and re seated along with genuine Honda valve stem oil seals and gaskets.Full service , iridium plugs and all fluids.New EBC HD clutch and springs.Dyna coils and Taylor leadsNew Electrex World CDI units.New cables throughout.New brakes all round ( callipers have new seals and pistons ).New brake lines.New master cylinder.New headlight unit.Original speedo.Renthal bars.Custom top and bottom yokes based on CB750 sport .VFR 750 front forks with new internal bushes, seals and oil.New Dunlop tyres.YSS rear piggyback shocks.All bearings replaced from front to back.

New chain and sprocket kit.DNA pod filters.RSC engine cover.Genuine new starter solenoid.Full strip of body panels and professional re spray ( rust free tank).Seat professionally shaped and re covered.Genuine Honda grips.Recently tuned on a rolling road with print outs of the set up and testing results ( waited until I was happy it had been carefully run in).Many titanium bolts where possible.The cost of the original bike, parts and various processes exceeded ВЈ9K without the hundreds of hours labour and research.
I’m bound to have forgotten something but basically the bikes rides and handles like new but above all has been built to be ridden on a daily basis and be reliable.
