Seller Description

2007 Honda CG 125 ES-7 in lovely bright silver having low mileage of 5057 miles and in very good condition. Starts on the button, sounds very sweet and is ready to ride away in full working order having MOT until end Sep 2021.
It had only covered 568 miles by Feb 2019 for its first MOT and documented service suggesting it had been in storage for most of its first 12 years and this is evident from its overall good condition.
The previous owner purchased it from a dealer with just 644 miles on the clock in Sep 2019 with a new MOT and service.

The same dealer gave it a full service in Aug 2020 and fitted a new chain and sprockets set and gave the front brake hydraulic system an overhaul.
I obtained the bike at the beginning of Apr 2021 having a passion for fettling these CGs. Since then I have carried out the following :-
attended to the two advisories on the last MOT of Nov 2020 by changing both front fork oil seals and fitting a new Pirelli City Demon rear tyre thereby matching the front
meticulously cleaned the whole bike by removing all fittings including the engine, rear fairings and side covers, mudguards, “oily ragged” the frame and sprayed oil inside of it where possible for preservation purposes, thoroughly cleaned all underside of components not normally visible including underside of fuel tank
removed and cleaned interior of carburettor
cleaned air filter and housing
changed engine oil
lubricated clutch cable and all pivot points
“oily ragged” all nuts and bolts for preservation purposes
The factory fitted OEM exhaust has some minor pitting and although dulled in parts at the silencer end it is in sound condition. There’s also a bit of paint degradation around fork stanchions and the front of the left hand crankcase cover but again very minor.

receipts showing my recent purchases of front fork seal overhaul kit, fork oil, Pirelli City Demon rear tyre and engine oil.
Overall this is a really lovely example of the last model of the CG before the end of production for the UK market and in great condition for onward preservation and use.
