Honda goldwing gl1200 aspencade, the bike has been under cover in the back of the garage for a long time.This bike amazingly has only got 24k on the clock, which my father tells me is genuine.My old bloke never sells anything, having a bit of a clear out for him.The usual problems with something that's been stood, brakes could do with a service.But have plenty of meat on them.I found some chrome disc guards for the front.Most of the chrome could do with a good clean, or re-chroming.Tyres are in good condition. Front tyre looks new, back tyre also looks good, as you can see.Got the old bus running again, ticks over nicely.Throttle mechanism could do with a service, as i could only manage to get around a qtr throttle.Left it at that, i think the carbs could do with a service also, because of this.Seem to be working fine otherwise.A nice prodject for someone during lockdown.Dm me for additional info, and I'll do my best to answer any questions.It'll be cash on Collection. Carbs will need a service, clutch will need bleeding, there is some oxidisation to some of the aluminium, i suggest you look closely at the images, as i would rather not waste my time, and yours, by winning bidders thinking this a pristine bike. It's not.This is a resto prodject with virtually nothing to buy. Just some touching up, and some elbow grease.I will be removing and cleaning as much chrome as i can this week,To help you out.Cheers.
