After the purchase back in 2012, I wanted to still keep riding it, so over the next couple of years the bike was restored in the correct period colour, an original air box and 4 into 2 exhaust was sourced, had the clocks repainted gloss black, swapped the non standard shocks for the chrome and changed minor bits and pieces to try and return it to original as possible. It also is fitted with Dyna electronic ignition and coils for that added bit of reliability.
Over the years my collection of bikes has gone up and down but I have always kept the ZED, however it is time to let it go to a new owner, its in great condition and rides perfect, this bike would not only make a nice addition to any collection but also be a very useable Japanese classic for those sunny Sunday afternoon ride outs.
