Kawasaki ZRX1200R (S-conversion).
This bike is a great tourer, but still with enough grunt and solid enough handling to keep up with far sportier bikes. She has not
missed a beat in the last 2 years, including tours of The Peak
District, Wales, and Scotland, as well as general riding around East
Anglia. Modifications are as follows:
Performance:
Nissin 4-piston calipers (from a Hayabusa?), Venhill braided brake
lines (f+r), Venhill braided clutch line, Hagon progressive front
fork springs, YSS G-series rear shocks, CCDF 4o
ignition timing advance disc, -1 front sprocket, +2 rear sprocket,
112-link chain, Delkevic full system exhaust, Tutoro chain oiler.

Cosmetic:
S-to-R conversion with OEM fairing frame and pattern fairing,
original clocks in a custom stainless steel casing, belly-pan,
crash-bars, Biltwell grips, seat recently reupholstered by Bike Seat
Pro, SW-Motech pannier and tail rack with Givi Monokey mounts,
Renthal Ultra-Low handlebars, Denali Soundbomb Mini horn, custom
rear-set relocation plates, lightweight radiator mounts, stainless
steel radiator guard.
Original parts included:
S-fairing with headlight unit and support frame, toolkit, manual,
ignition timing disc, pillion grab-handles, rider footpegs, and
radiator mounts.
Also included:
2 ignition keys, pair of Givi Monokey 36 litre panniers with 2 keys,
tail-tidy (not compatible with the luggage racks), K&N air
filter, reduced length Hagon rear shocks and shortened side-stand,
front fork brace, new throttle cables, new wheel bearings (f+r), and
standard front sprocket. The bike has the wiring for heated grips
installed, but not the grips themselves.
Looked after, and regularly home-serviced, and new battery
this year. MoT until March 2022. Bike has actually done ~31,000 miles
but due to temporary installation of an after-market speedometer
