Selling my 500SL to make room for myself,The car is in immaculate condition and a very straight body with zero rust.
The vehicle is a dream to drive today as it was nearly 30 years ago.The interior is in excellent condition and the dash has zero rips. This is a 500SL 2 seater with rear glove boxes not a tight 4 seater.
I changed the fan belts and spark plugs, it runs perfectly and purrs right, doesn’t miss a beat but does have some white smoke. The mechanic assumes oil is leaking into the exhaust somehow.It has 99,000kms and is rarely ever driven. It has been parked away waiting on it to spark up in price, fortunately for you, you could still buy a bargain, unfortunately for me I don’t have the space to hold it anymore. The car is an import and is registered and has always been registered. Can transfer to your name without any headaches. Why pay 30k more for an australian complied car when in 2 years time it won’t matter, because it’ll be a historical vehicle.
