Seller Description
Here for sale is our Mercedes C220cdi Coupe.It’s the Sport Edition so has the higher powered Diesel engine, larger alloys etc.
It has only had 2 previous owners and has been looked after throughout its life as comes with a full service history. The car is also HPI clear.
Within the last few weeks it’s had a lot of money spent on maintenance to bring it up to the best standard it can be.It’s had:
• 2 new front tyres (rears have loads of tread)• tracking• new battery• new thermostat and temperature sensor• full service including - new oil, oil filter, air filter, cabin filter
The car has some nice features such as working air conditioning, dual zone climate control (driver and pas sides), electric windows, electric mirrors, cruise control, adjustable speed limiter, auto lights, larger sport alloys, sport auto box, sport pedals etc.The colour is a nice pearlescent black (Diamond Black) which looks dark metallic blue in the sun.
The car drives superbly and is extremely smooth. As this is the later car (post 2005) it has the revised automatic gearbox. The earlier cars suffered with failing gearboxes due to oil contamination so be careful if you are looking at older cars!Being the newer model, this also benefits from the newer dashboard arrangement and clocks/computer.
Everything on this car works as it should, and these cars are renowned for covering distances 300k miles plus!
The interior is in immaculate condition. The exterior has never been in any accidents (even still has original dealer number plates) but does have the normal stone chips/marks that are commensurate with age.Being critical, the only thing I would do to improve it is give the wheels a refurb.
