Seller Description

Mercedes E280 from 1998.
Has been my daily driver for 15 years. One previous owner.
209,245kms.
NB: Sold without a Road Worthy Certificate. Item will either need to be towed or a temporary permit will need to be obtained by you (the purchaser) in order to drive this vehicle away once purchased.
NB: This vehicle has a number of things that need fixing, these include:(1) Handbreak (cable has become disconnected in the cabin, rest of the mechanism was working until it became detached)(2) Side passenger mirror (was unfortunately kicked one night when it was parked near Chapel St.

It is still connected, but part of the mechanism is broken.)(3) Engine is running rough and blows some smoke on start up and is starting to feel a little rough during driving.
These faults aside, it does start easily and does handle fine.
It is time for an upgrade so it is being sold.
Very happy to answer questions. This vehicle can be inspected by prior arrangement, and is located in Malvern East (Vic 3145).
I haven't had it combed over by a mechanic to determine what would need to be done to get a Road Worthy Certificate, so it is sold as is, where is, for parts (despite the fact it is running) and the price reflects this.
