Used Mobylette AV33 1958 Pristine condition

My absolute pride and joy is for sale. Mobylette AV33 1958 UK registered with age related registration, fully rebuilt whilst keeping some patina.

It has some great features including the wicker basket for the Sunday morning baguette run. The Motobecane tool box along with the handlebar leather bag. The tyres are all white like the original ones fitted back in 1958, new rebuilt wheels, rebuilt engine repainted frame and tinwork, whilst the new saddle is not in keeping of the era it compliments the model well.
The Mobylette has spent the last three as wall art over the custom tv unit in my old home, I wired the lights up to a power adapter which is with it. the engine was frequently turned over by hand. A custom exhaust was fitted as a fun feature but will probably need finishing to use. Two original exhaust boxes are included in the sale along with original manual, handbook, sales leaflet, copy of insurance certificate dated 1956 in Scotland!!! I will also include a poster of the 1954 advert to hang on the wall.
Very sadly I must sell this vehicle and have no option to keep it due to personal circumstances it breaks my heart to offer it for sale. On a good day I would have paid £1600 to buy this. If you’re looking for an investment this would be worth considering as I am having to start the auction at such a low point with NO RESERVE.
The bike will need some basic going over to use (sticky carb etc.). The bell mounted on the front mudguard is not wired up the tyres go down over time the aluminium pump is for show but a spare one is provided.
