Seller Description
Reluctant sale of my gorgeous Griso - a rare thing and it always attracts admiring glances.This has the 1100 engine so there are no worries about roller tappets and with only 17K miles it is only really starting to hit its stride.
The Dart screen, Oxford heated grips and rear hugger increase the usability of the bike at higher speeds and lower temperatures. The included trickle charger keeps the battery in good shape too, and the free Guzzi-branded dust cover is a bonus. The bike has had the highly desirable engine remap from Beetle. It transformed the low speed handling!
There's a bit of discoloration round the tank badge and the double-skinned exhaust downpipes could use a go with some restorer.
The tyres are in good condition and the battery is only a couple of years old. The MOT test is due 17th December. It's not been anywhere since last passing other than a short trip to get the side-stand mounting replaced, so I am sure there are no new issues.
