Used 2003 Moto guzzi Nevada Used Petrol 750L Manual

Moto Guzzi Nevada 750 , 2003 model with a genuine 2038 miles only!I bought this as a non runner from an old chap that had it parked up inside his house since 2007, hence the low miles.
The engine, box, drive-shaft and pretty much ALL the mechanical components are almost brand new.
Please check the DVLA website for confirmation of miles and old MOTs.I stripped the carbs, cured a few leaky pipes, (it looks like the tank has been repaired at some point too) had the carbs ultra-sonically cleaned and rebuilt with all new seals.I also changed the air filter (hardest job in the world!) , oil and oil filter and gearbox oil.Put the carbs on, fresh fuel and it started immediately. It still needs the carbs balancing and tuning however. I also have new rocker cover gaskets (tappets need slight adjustment) and spark plugs to fit. I wanted to get the mixture set correctly before fitting the plugs, that's why they're still not fitted.All parts were bought from Teasdale Motorcycles in Thirsk, a Moto Guzzi dealer.I have never ridden the bike as yet and I'm only selling as I've got too many projects already (see pics) and need the space for a V-Max I've bought!Plus, the wife is going mental now.Complete AND running bike! Very simple project for someone to clean up and get MOT'd.The only thing I can see that would cause it to fail it's MOT is the seat securing bolt, it's broken. Seats are available but it doesn't look like a difficult job to fix really. All electrics are working..

The pics make it look better than it is - it's dirty and needs a bloody good clean. I took the pics very early so they are not the best but please come take a look for yourself. Free tea and biscuits.It's obviously not road legal and I would need the full asking price in my hand if you want a test drive. I wouldn't recommend it myself until the carbs are set up but that's up to you.I'm happy to work with a courier/transporter if you are a long way from here (North East).
It needs work, but with an MOT, you could ride as is.It's very light, very low and extremely easy to move around - I'm only 5'6" and it's a piece of cake to manoeuvre and very comfortable.Shaft drive, side and centre stands so maintenance is dead simple.No Paypal - cash or bank transfer only.V5 is here and in my name - 1 previous owner.No warranty - sold as seen.Thanks..
