For sale is my beautiful Monza which has been lovingly reassembled over a period of 3 years after I rescued it from its previous owner who had stripped it down to create a cafe racer but had lost interest. As a Guzzi enthusiast this is the 3rd V50 I have restored so everything is as it should be as I like to retain originality.The following work has been carried out by meWheels powder coatednew tyres with tubeless conversionall brakes refurbed (still retains the original linked brake system)electrics refurbednew batterynew rear shock absorbersnew pod air filters (jetted accordingly)seat recoveredfresh decalsnew piston rings (engine requires a further 150 miles to complete running in)both barrels replaced with exceptional (best I have ever seen) quality S/H onesPaint is reasonable but not professionally done and there is the odd scab here and there but nothing significantThere is plenty of paperwork including dating certificate and V5c in my nameThe bike rides really well but due to my age, dodgy hips and knees I need to get a sit up and beg type bike now which is a shame but there you go (possibly a standard V50).The bike is as near to original as possible with all the appropriate numbers present however to meet DVLA requirements a new 17 digit VIN number has been allocated, but the originals are still clearly visible, this was so an age related registration could be given to the bike. (ABW 684X)The MOT will be due in August however I am prepared to get a new test done if required as the previous one had no advisories and the bike has been stood in lockdown.Due to its extremely light weight (160 Kgs) the bike is easily ridden and shifted around the garage etc.Maintenance is a doddle with the transverse vee twin and they are usually very reliable however it is 40 years old so some fettling is always on the cards.I have set a reasonable and realistic reserve when compared to other V50s availableCash on collection or bank transfer are the only payment methods accepted, no PaypalI am open to serious offers but stupid ones will not be acknowledgedViewings are welcome but no test rides without cash in my hand

I am 5` 11" tall, overweight and a pensioner so I hope to replace this bike with a standard V50/3 (same engine lower gears etc.
