Suzuki GSF 1200S Bandit, 53k kms, XLNT cond. for age, Serviced & ready to ride.
7/1996 build Bandit 1200S, 2 mature owners before me, this is a great bike & has been very well maintained & always run on Premium fuel.
It had its 50,000km major service done earlier this year - Oil & filter changed (Castrol oil)Valve clearances checked & reset to spec.New Spark Plugs.Brake fluid flushed & renewed.Carbies balanced.New genuine Suzuki Jet Needles & Emulsion Tubes fitted to the carbs ($450!) - these made a HUGE difference to smoothing out the rideability around town - it rides like a new bike now.
The engine is A1, gearbox & clutch are spot on, bike is fitted with a Yoshimura RS3 muffler, the airbox lid has been opened up for better airflow, a K&N filter & larger main jets fitted & the carbies were tuned on a Dyno for an 11% power & torque increase over standard which is really noticeable & makes it a LOT more enjoyable to ride no matter what type of road you're riding.
The forks were serviced with new seals & oil & the front & rear brake discs & pads were replaced early last year.
The battery is less than 6 months old.
The Bridgestone BT016 tyres & the H'Duty DID O ring chain & sprockets have done approx. 4000kms since fitted.
Fitted with an aftermarket tinted touring type windscreen which is slightly higher than standard & has a 'spoiler' at the top to reduce wind noise & buffeting - works great!Comes with the Ventura rack pictured.
This bike needs no money spent on it, it's ready for RWC & Rego.I can supply a Victorian RWC for $150 on top of the purchase price if required.
Any test welcome, test rides will only be given if I have the cash in my hand - no exceptions, yes I've been burnt before.
