Genuine 02/70 GTR. Needs full restoration
Has date correct 2600s and original Opel driveline, ww2 etc. Monza blue and Sandlewood. Car is not running with the engine at the machine shop.
Good solid, straight car with rust in lower rear quarters, around back window, LHS sill and front apron. Comes with4 repair panels.
Has VIN tag and ADR (never removed) but the body tag is missing probably as a result of panel work at some stage.I have the tracked numbers for the missing tag and a blank that can be used. It is obviously a genuine car and has never been restored or painted before. The pictures show the car in the magazines when new and one shows how nice Monza blue can look when buffed.
The interior is white but someone redid the front seats in black (doh!) and they look really nice but.

I have taken the seats and carpet out and removed the original underfelt which was still largely intact.
I bought this car thinking I could spend a lot of money on it and the value of the car would always be much more than the costs and this remains true as genuine LC GTRs are rarer than XU1s and are getting prices over $100K.
I am now looking at building a house and I need the money for cash flow, so this project can now go to somebody else.
