I bought this car and started to get it all sorted for a big lap with my family
only to be offered another car through a family friend that I simply couldn’t
pass up.
This car is by no means perfect but a rock solid start to the perfect all round

Specs
Rebuilt 1HZ Diesel – Rebuilt June 2017 – Receipt for $4500
About 32,000 km since rebuilt (cluster was repaired and zeroed during repair so
is showing about 12,000km – body has about 370,000km
Engine was turboed prior to rebuild so pump and sump are ready for turbo
fitment. I have a very low km Kinugawa turbo kit to suit that can be negotiated
in the sale that I was planning to fit to assist with towing for my trip

Issues
One electric window not working
Needs a battery hold down bracket
Slow to glow up when completely cold – I have a spare set of glow plugs ready
to install
Some oil underneath – was not an issue for me or for the RWC in April 2018
Steering wheel taped due to recent movement. Will need attention for RWC
No factory air conditioning – I have everything ready to fit – this can be
negotiated with the sale
The body is not perfect as you can see in the pics – no rust at all but a few
dints as you can see in the pics – that is how I bought it but it didn’t
concern me as the good running gear and lack of rust were key for me
Also included are spares including big spotlights, spare shocks, a towbar
Car is located in Langwarrin – Cash on pick up preferred – For sale with rego
but buyer to arrange for RWC – Test drives welcome – Car is also advertised
elsewhere so may be removed at any time.
