Scooter is straight. There is no real rot and the frame is in great order. The engine has compression and all wheels move as they should.
I have a spare frame (no details), and some bits like a carb and stuff that can go with the Scoot. The Scoot will need a V5.......but if you are looking Im guessing you either have or I can supply the contacts to help with the process of registering.
