Seller Description

I bought this bike to get back into biking after a 6 year hiatus, it was exactly what I needed. Its easy to ride, and has a very relaxed and benign riding style. It is comfy, fast enough, and really was great fun until I got back to the car park 1 night, and it wouldn't start.I've fitted new plugs, crank sensor, and a side stand switch, but it still won't go.

I'm ok at swapping parts out, but ultimately I'm not a bike mechanic, and I've a Honda that does work, and so I've lost interest in the Triumph. It has a stack of history with it, old mot's and also an auction receipt from a couple of years ago that states it was sold for ВЈ1400. The price of these early 'born again' triumphs is climbing, and the 750 is rare compared to the 900. It is in good overall condition, and I'm pretty sure a decent bike mechanic could have it going fairly easily. It rode brilliantly whilst it was still running, the engine was smooth and torquey for a 750, handling was good, brakes were strong. The bike is lovely, and writing this description is reminding me how much I liked it. There are some engine bars that came with it, I took these off when I fitted the replacement crank sensor, so where they bolted on they were acting as spacers, so a few appropriate washers need fitting to take up the slack, I may even have some appropriate washers, I'll have a look.
Ok, this is Ebay, so because odd people have odd habits, I have to make it clear that I'm an experienced seller, well able to deal with most people, and most situations.I'm really polite to polite people, and I'm the polar opposite to impolite people. Scams boil my pi$$, so please don't bother.
