Non Working Engine Ford Fairmont 1997, EL, 6 Cylinder, 4/OCH, Petrol, Automatic transmission, 4 door sedan, with air conditioning, power steering, cruise control, Am/FM stereo with CD player. An amazing 588,000km on the clock!An ideal car to do up or get the engine fixed, suspected cracked head. A new radiator was installed on 16th March 2020 but I believe the damage was already done. Within 5 weeks the engine gave up, replacing about 2 litres of water every day.The car has a new radiator $234.00 March 2020, fairly new Bosch high performance batter battery $199.00and alternator $339.00 February 2020, new air conditioner compressor clutch$595.00 also February 2020. New front brakes and discs were installed December 2019.Registration is paid until 1st August 2020.The tyres are in pretty good condition and will last about another 12 months or so. The side mirrors are 2nd hand and non matching due to being side swiped and coming off. As per the attached photos there are a couple of scratches which are around 10 years old. Seatbelts may need replacing. There is a Tow bar on the rear but is not connected. Buy it for spare parts or fix it up. No roadworthy certificate. Buy as is.
