Used VW Caddy Van - Rego and just had RWC

VW Caddy - 2006 - Manual - 1.6 Ltr PetrolJust had a RWC and was only regoed last week
The major RWC items were brakes (pads and rotors), new battery installed, both plastic front wheel inners, front passengers strut was replaced a few globes and some water in the washer bottle.
We came across this van on a job we were doing and basically purchased it as a run around for our business, that sorta never happened and it sat in the shed for a good six months, we now need room in the shed for cherry pickers/scissor lifts/trailers and something has to go.
Would definitely make a good run around van or even a cheap option as a apprentices van (that was an option we had thought about).Has 348XXX klms on it but mechanically it seems fine, there are small items that could be refined such as the central locking doesn't work off the key, probably the key battery, the locked red indicator light on the passenger door isn't there but all doors lock with the key manually. On the bonnet you can see the previous sign writing as its etched into the paint.

Has a few dings/scratches but nothing too major and with well positioned sign writingit would be fine or just leave it, it'snot major. Is missing a wheel cap but there were 4 in it when we purchased it, they don'tclip on like the original ones but fairly sure with a couple of screws they could be made to fit.
