XF Fairmont Ghia, one of the last XF models built November 1987.This is a one owner vehicle, sold new here in Ballarat, original owner passed and vehicle was sold on recently.I have known this car and the original owner since it was new.It is totally original throughout, only paint ever was to the bonnet some years ago.Bonnet has some stone chip marks.The car has had a pampered life, always garaged, blankets / covers over seats, dash etc to preserve the interior over the years.Always extremely well maintained and service since new, it has done 361,500 km s but do not let that deter you, the original interior is in beautiful condition, one fine crack to dash pad, (still have the original dash mat)Carpet is in very nice condition, seats all very nice.The original paint (apart from bonnet) still looks good, factory pin stripe still nice.All 5 original Ghia wheels are in excellent condition with some areas of the coating flaking.In the boot is in good original condition, factory alloy spare, jack etc.The motor has just had a service, it fires up with no noises, it runs and drives very well, transmission shifts very nice.Everything works as it should, including A/C, cruise, power windows, central locking, etc.The digital dash works as it should,It has a gas system fitted but previous owner had it disconnected, but there if you want to use it.On the road its drives excellent, brakes are good.Overall its a beautiful unmolested original car, getting hard to find in this untouched condition.It has been on club registration which has expired, i have a work shop manual, original hand book.Overall a nice example of a great Australian icon, sold with no registration.Pictures form part of description, please contact me for more pictures, information or to inspect vehicle.
