Selling my XJ6 due to
health reasons.
This car has spent most
of its life in the Orange area of NSW and is a very solid body shell.
There is no rust around the front and rear windscreens and is solid
metal.
The engine was fully
rebuilt 33,000 kilometres ago and has a stakedown kit on the exhaust
side of the camshaft.
The car is currently on
club rego ( not transferable ) and drives very well with a smooth
transmission and powerful engine.
The previous owner
spent $13,000 at Mick Roddy Jaguar in Melbourne in 2010.Work done was
a full restoration of the brakes. Diff, bushes, mounts cooling system
light switches,relays, thermostatic fans have been fitted .

A stainless steel
exhaust system has been fitted. The wood grain dash has been
replaced, in amonst other work the transmission was overhauled , the
ecu has been replaced along with new shocks,
Since I bough it I have
fitted a new battery , 4 new tyres , replaced all the fuel injection
lines in the engine bay, new spark plugs, changed the engine oil and
filters transmission oil and filter, engine coolant, and diff oil,
and bleed the brakes,
The car is running on
the left hand tank as the right hand tank leaks, I have two
replacement tanks to go with the car.
The car is very tidy
for its age but not perfect in saying that you can just drive in it
and drive it anywhere.
