Used Yamaha DT250

Shed clean out and for sale is my 1978 DT250, I purchased this bike approx 2 years ago to restore it, as it was is in very original condition other than paint etc, I then just painted it, with new decals, new tyres, new grips, new mirrors, new seat cover, new air cleaner element, new chain and sprockets and new battery.
I then touched up some paint on some of the frame and painted the exhaust, as for the motor, its all original, to my knowledge its never been apart, the wheels are original as is, the rear shock is original and works very well, the front forks were fitted with new seals and work very well, the brakes are original, the exhaust is original
It had 10,600 klms when I got it and I have done approx 500 over the last year registered on club plates, this rego cannot be transfered.the original owner done 10,600 klms riding it into town for work in a small country town, he did this for over 25 years.Note: it was painted in the 1979 white colour scheme with 1979 decals, because it looks better, it was originally grey.

It runs and rides well, all brakes, lights and blinkers work, although still only 6 volt, ask any questions and I will do my best to answer.
I can assist with freight but at buyers expense.
