Yamaha xs650 1977 UK bike not US import
First registered in May 1977 and hasn’t been on the road since 1997
Has been stood in a garage on the centre stand for 20+ years
The bike needs a full restoration, it rolls ok and the engine turns over on the starter motor or via kick start, but I haven’t tried to start it recently.
The bike has a rare 840cc barrel and piston kit which was import from the US and fitted many years ago.
I bought the bike 5 years ago from a friend at work, I got it running then it has been sitting in my garage since.
I don’t think I will get round to restoring it, so it’s time to go.
Included in the sale are the parts shown in the pictures which include the original 650cc engine components.
I don’t have to V5 so it will need applying for, any questions please feel free to ask, viewing welcome.
