Audi S4 is a high-performance modification of the A4 model. The first show took place at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 1997. In 1999, a modification of the RS4 Avant was presented with a 2.7-V6-Biturbo engine (380 hp).
The Audi S4 is based on the A4 platform and features reduced ground clearance, swollen wheel arches and large wheels. Sports all-wheel drive S4 model with 2.7-V6-Biturbo engine equipped with dual systemand turbocharging, five valves per cylinder and four camshafts. This motor develops a maximum power of 265 hp. at 5800 rpm. The high torque of 400 Nm remains constant over a wide range of 1850 - 4600 rpm. The S4, just like the "charged" S4 Avant wagon that appeared a year later, is equipped exclusively with all-wheel drive with a 6-speed manual transmission. The sedan accelerates to a hundred in 5.6 seconds, the Avant in 5.7 seconds. Essentially, the S4 is a factory-tuned product.
Aged in sportsThe saloon has a complete set of equipment up to climate control. The salon is equipped with Recaro sports seats, decorated with polished carbon fiber inserts. Standard equipment (same as for Audi A4 models).
