This 150cc street legal motorcycle is a blast to ride. The Kymco Spade is in the same class as the Honda Grom but the Spade has a bigger more powerful motor. There are several 1st Ride reviews on YouTube, that describes this bike by actual riders. The bike travels about 70 Mph and gets nearly 100 Mpg.
