Hello. This a 1951 mercury 4 door that has been modified in to a 50s custom. It was built by my uncle over many years. He got sick and now has passed I’m helping my aunt to sell it. It was in storage for 5 years I got it out cleaned off most of the dust and got it running again. Years ago he drove it as a stock red mercury and over time turned it in to this custom but always being able to drive it. It has a strong 302 Ford and a c4 trans. Fat man dropped spindles and power disk brakes in front. Ford 9 inch and a 3 link in the back. Air ride with 2 compressors. Lots of Cadillac parts, 56 front bumper 52 rear bumper. Custom 59 grill and tail lights. His plan was to install a 58 Cadillac engine was a adapter to use a turbo 350 transmission. Aluminum old school intake with 2 strongberg carbs. These parts are also available. My aunt said if it sells for enough she will throw the parts in. Custom dash new gauges, 60s thunderbird upholstery. I will try to answer all questions.
