Up for auction is
1973 Mercedes 450 SL. This beautiful car has only 159,778 miles and it is
mostly original except the upgrade stereo. This beautiful Mercedes has very
rare color combination Pastel yellow outside with tan leather interior, also
has a brown convertible soft top. The car was repainted about 15 years ago and
the paint still shines and looks good. The body outside has normal scratches/ micro
scratches and small door dents. Small rust bubble on the left side where the
emblem is located on the trunk. Interior of the car is in good shape as well
but not perfect, driver seat has a split and the dashboard has couples cracks
please look at the photos for details. Looking at the service records the car
spent most of the time in California. Backin 2003 the car came to
Washington state and was here since then. Mechanically this car runs and drives
very well. The engine and transmission are in working order. I have lots of
service records that goes back to 1983 when the car was in Oakland California.
The biggest service that was done is the timing chain at 122k miles the cost
was $3500. And transmission was rebuilt here in Washington at 148k miles total
cost was $2500. I have the service Records if somebody would like to see it. I
also have the owner manuals and all of the books that will go with the car. I
did not take any pictures of the soft top. The soft up is in good shape but the
back windows are cracked they will have to be replaced. I have the pictures on

tires on the car are old and there are about 50% , they will need to be
