Used 1973 Mercury Colony Park Used Wagon

I have here for sale an all original Mercury Colony Park. All original paint, wood paneling, interior, engine/transmission, etc. Last year the car had a huge amount of service work done including complete reseal of engine, rebuild of carburetor and entire fuel system cleanup, complete brake system overhaul from wheel cylinders to master cylinder, new tires, all new A/C system (condenser, compressor, etc), overhaul of cooling system, resealed transmission, rebuilt rear end.

Here's the story. I purchased the car from a 93 year old man who bought the car in 2018 to fix it up bc he owned one in the 70s. He took it to a local shop here in birmingham, AL that specializes with older cars called Hesco. They charged him $11500 for the work they performed. I do not have a receipt bc my understanding is the old man got into it with the shop bc of how much they charged him, so he claimed he no longer had a working relationship with the shop. I was introduced to him back in January and I made an offer on the car. The rest is history.
The car drives amazing. Great power, starts easily, ICE cold air, hot heat, strong brakes, all windows work. The interior is unbelievable. The carpet, seats, dash, and headliner are in EXCELLENT condition. Leather is super soft. This car is a solid original rust free driver. Very hard to find. If you have questions just message me.

Based on the condition of the interior of the car I do believe the milage is original. There is virtually little to no wear on the interior. I don’t have any documentation but the pictures speak for themselves.
