Front brake hydraulics need cleaning, or a rebuild

Original paint, chrome has some pitting, dent on top of tank, headlight inop
New front tire/tube, and battery
Electric starter button is missing, but starter is operational
Currently kickstart only

Engine number is on title, not frame number
