This classic is up for sale as i purchased it hoping to give it a little tidy and drive regularly, but alas i have not used it as much as thought and decided to pass it on....

Its been cared for by one family for 46 years then passed on to a couple of short term custodians since then. It started its life at West Heidelberg motors before Mr Noel McCree decided his VW needed to be upgraded and traded it on this VGbeauty.After paying a princely sum for adding a locking fuel cap and dealer fitted steering lock the deal was done.
She is straight and still holding onto mostly her original paint with a bit a patina showing. Rust is visible in the C pillarsand rear of the quarters but doesn'tpresent any issues here. There is how ever some rust around the bottom of the rear screen which was on my list to fix.

The 215 Hemi purrs and pulls just as hard as it should, powered by the single throat carter breathing through the stock and factory parts. Changing gears is easy and smooth via the three on the tree manual transmission seated on the comfy bench number.The interior presents well and ive just replaced the drivers armrest with a NOS unit to increase comfort on those scenic drives.Lets be real its no show car, she sits on new shoes with a recent battery replacement, it has some rust (not rail or plenum),has a few touch ups Grandad style , wears its patina well, leaks a little oil but is registered,(did pass a Vic roadworthy 5 months ago) drives well and will take you into Grandpa mode bringing a smile and enjoyment to your life.
