Rare, one year only, 1973 Hodaka 125 Combat Wombat in very good running condition with a clean Arizona title. Unique chance to own this cool little vintage 2-stroke that is hard to find in this kind of condition. Was purchased from the original owner's estate. Titled as a 1974 because of it's sale in January 1974, but as you can see the build date is in 1973 on the gooseneck and this model was only manufactured in 1973. The engine number and frame number have been verified as a 1973 Hodaka 125 Combat Wombat. Starts right up. The administrator of the estate had the carburetor gone through recently. The kill switch did not work when I test drove it but he said it may have been disconnected. He also said the floats may need to be fine-tuned. The bike is very original, from what I can tell, and includes the original carburetor, airbox, exhaust, as well as many other parts. In addition to the title, a list of parts the original owner bought as well as an owner's manual is included in the sale. Also included is the original Bill of Sale/ Manufacturer's Statement of Origin, which is a cool artifact to follow the bike. The exhaust has no rust or holes. The gas tank has no dents or dings but does have wear in some spots. The original owner had the tank creamed at some point, but it looks nice as seen in the pictures. No rips or tears in the seat. There is a small crack near where the chain travels on top of the case as seen in the pics, but does not affect the performance. The chrome fenders are in great shape. The tires are also in wonderful shape with great tread. Mileage is unknown but Ebay makes you put something in the mileage box so the 1234 miles is not accurate. Again, MILEAGE UNKNOWN.
