This Captiva LX was always very reliable but has currently a defect turbo and some problems with an oil line, which needs to be replaced or repaired. The car is currently at a diesel-mechanic who can be contacted for detailed description of the turbo fix and a repair would cost approx. $3000. This Captiva is good looking and presents itself very well. Excellent opportunity for a mechanically handy person, to get it fixed or for spare parts.

We are selling because we want to upgrade to a newer model.Note for pick-up methods:The car starts and drives but due to the turbo-defect this Captiva is generating a lot smoke, which is coming out of the exhaust when driving. Therefore the car should not be driven before replacing the turbo. It is parked at a mechanic who could fix it for the highest bidder (own costs) or it must be towed away after purchasing. Thank you
