Description
Porsche 911 997 C2 Tiptronic In Seal Grey metallic with Full black leather. This striking looking and very well looked after 911 has clearly been very well looked after, testament to this is the superb condition both in and out, service history and terrific drive.
The specification is very desireable specification starting with its very sporty colour combination of Seal Grey with black wheel and full black leather. A host of factory fitted options include Bi Xenon Lighting system, Porsche Communication Management PCM, Satellite Navigation and Rear Wiper. Other spec is, climate control, remote central locking, Electric heated door mirrors, multifunction computer, electric windows, ABS, traction control and 17” Alloy Wheels.
All books, Service History, invoices, MOT’s and ownership history are present together with two keys.
History
First registered on the 01/09/2005, supplied by Porsche Centre Nottingham. FM55OHZ has had 4 owners prior to Mr Pannozzo who acquired the car from Village garage on the 03/06/2016 with 74k miles. During his three year ownership servicing was maintained at Village garage and maintenance work done at Porsche Centre Silverstone. A significant invoice is present in the history file for an oil cooler and water pump replacement at a cost of ВЈ1824.
Prior to Mr Pannozzo there is evidence in the history file relating to a Mr Norman who also used Porsche Centre Silverstone for maintenance with many invoices in the history file.

Condition
The original 18” Porsche Alloys are in very nice condition, as you can see from the pictures they have been reconditioned and painted blacks there is no corrosion or damage.Front Tyres are Michelin Pilot Sport 235/40Z R18 manufactured in 2014. Cannot see how long they have been on the car but I would say they have around 4mm of tread left.

The Rear Tyres are also Michelin Pilot Sport 265/40Z R18 Manufactured in 2019. They are as new.
Brakes discs are all in good condition with no lips and plenty of thickness and perform very well with no judder or fade
Engine starts immediately with a lovely note, and pulls strong, there are no warning lights. Transmission works perfectly with no untoward noises and a smooth change.Body is in superb original order with no signs or accident damage. The paintwork has a deep shine and is in excellent order there is a small mark/chip on the passenger door and rear bumper but these are very minor age related marks and do not deter from the quality of the paint which is excellent.Trim is all as it should be with no damage, whatsoever.Seats are excellent condition, the driver bolster has very minor colour fade but not damaged or noticeableCarpets are again in excellent unworn condition, Porsche carpet mats have been fitted from new for further protection.Electricaly, everything works as it should with no known or obvious faults, including the Air Conditioning which blows nice and cold.
I have tried to be as accurate as possible with the condition, it really is in superb order with only a few imperfections commensurate with age. My wife and I have been using this car daily and we are really pleased with how well it drives and how good it looks. This is backed up by an independent inspection, a service,coil packs and sensors,and replacement of coolant cap was recommended and done and a clean bill of health given.
Summary
If you are looking for a value for money 997 that looks a million dollars then look no further. At the time of comparing prices I could not find a comparable cheaper car and it is way below the price of a dealer. As with all my cars this value for money proposition is backed up with quality so you can buy with total piece of mind.
