Used Rover P5 V8 coupe

Hi due to change of health have to sell. Its a 1968 V8 coupe speedo shows 48000 miles the motor has compression from 120 to 130. The motor runs fine but the carbys need sorting out as the car has sat around unused for some years. The gearbox shifts smoothly brakes all good front end had had most of the link pins and tie rods replaced at some point. Theres a second hand steering box fitted that was purchased for the UK the old unit I think is better but leaks just needs a seal kit through it thats in the boot.

The seats are good save the drivers seat has one corner where the stitching has come apart theres also a similar one in the rear but otherwise the interior is all tidy. At some point theres been a closed door respray the photos make it better than I would like and I had planned to refurbish to a showroom condition but thats now not going to happen. The tool kit is in the parcel shelf only missing one spanner. Overall a really good project and well worth the effort to restore or drive as is. I know how hard these re to find so please be respectful and dont expect silly offers to be accepted. I'm unfortunatelya few miles from Melbourne but if your serious its worth the drive and its nice down here lol.
