1960 Royal Enfield sports 250cc Tax & M.O.T exempt.I am listing on behalf of my son.
I purchased the R.E sports approx; 2 years ago it had been in storage for many years,I gave it a make-over (not a full restoration) just as a useable classic with room for improvement it will want checking over prior to going on the road as it has not been road tested.I am not sure but according to m.o.t's the is mileage 13,896 I would say that is correct.My son wanted to buy it so I sold it to him (much to my regret) he now want to sell it to finance a engine for his canal boat.
It start easy and sound like a "English made" bike should sound no rattles - oil leaks and no plastic.
