Honda VFR400 NC30 - 1992 -J reg. Great condition- especially for a 29 year old bike! In Rothmans scheme -20k milesFreshly powder coated wheelsPolished forks2 x new alloy rads and new hoses .Fairing airbrushed - not decalsCarbs stripped, new jets all round- (with receipt)Engine casings powder coatedNew rental gripsFr and rear brake callipers rebuilt and powder coated. Fairing is an after market fibreglass unit. Pretty good fit but alas not as good as the oemOne . Rear seat unit is original and so is the fuel tank.
Unfortunately - the company that supposedly set the carbs up/balanced them don’t seem to have done so.

I took the bike out for the first time since I got it back from them at the weekend and there’s a bit of an erratic idle and a flat spot around 10k rpm. ****had the carbs in bits over the weekend and found the causes - carb inlet boot had split (all 4 now replaced with new) and no.3 cylinder carb had no main jet in the emulsion tube due to the incompetence of the people that worked on it, so that has now been fitted and is running fine- they will however benefit to a sync ***
Only had this bike since nov and I’ve spent a small fortune on it but I’ve decided it’s just too small for me, I’m 6ft 4” and always wanted an NC30 - especially in these colours but it’s not worth the joint pain and misery on longer rides.
