1975 Honda CR 250 Elsinore.
As far as i know it’s complete and original frame and motor matching bike. The frame and swing arm are powder coated and a fresh piston and rings brand new tires and tubes I can’t get it to run seems to me like a carburetor problem. I will continue to try and get it started otherwise the bike is in great shape everything on the bike is original
